3 June 2025

Hunt Institute Director T. D. Jacobsen (Ph.D., Plant Systematics, Washington State University) wrote the foreword for Secrets of Trees: History, Ecology and Botany Revealed through Drawing by botanical artist Pamela Taylor (Ph.D., Plant Ecology, Cambridge University). The book was published in April 2025 by Two Rivers Press. The original artwork used for the cover of Secrets of Trees was featured in our 17th International Exhibition of Botanical Art & Illustration in 2024 and is in our Art collection as a gift of the artist.
